Peter L Gladstone is a partner with the law firm of Gladstone & Weissman, P.A. He is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law and has practiced exclusively in this field since 1988. Mr. Gladstone was granted fellowship in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, an esteemed organization of the country's most accomplished family law practitioners, in July 2003.

He is a graduate of Brandeis University (B.A., 1985) and of The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University (J.D., 1988).
Mr. Gladstone is also currently a member of the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar (1997 to present). And as Co-Chair of the Publications Committee (Florida Bar Journal and Family Law Commentator) of the Family Law Section.

Previously, Mr. Gladstone served as Co-Chair of the Legislative Committee of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, having served on that committee from 1996 - 2002. He is the immediate past Editor of the Family Law Column for the Florida Bar Journal. He is also a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association (1995-1996), and continues as the Circuit Liaison for the Pro Bono Mentor Program for Broward County (1996 - present).

Mr. Gladstone has lectured throughout the state on assorted topics concerning Family Law, including client management, discovery and depositions, temporary relief hearings, custody and equitable distribution. He is a previous member of the Family Law Rules Committee of the Florida Bar, and is a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Gladstone is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York.
