Our group includes European patent attorneys licensed to practice patent law abroad, both in the European Union and in the United Kingdom. We assist our clients in obtaining patents, trademarks, and intellectual property licenses abroad through our extensive working relationships with intellectual property firms in other nations. We manage many of our clients’ worldwide patent and trademark portfolios, and work closely with our associates worldwide to provide strategic prosecution counseling and obtain consistent intellectual property protection abroad.
Our team has considerable experience representing foreign business entities and individuals before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, prosecuting patent and trademark applications, and appearing in patent reexamination and reissue proceedings, and in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. We also prosecute and defend intellectual property litigation suits, and negotiate intellectual property licensing agreement.
