Mr. Behar secured an undergraduate degree from McGill University and a civil law degree from the University of Montreal. He completed his common law education at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale in 1979.
Currently the Senior Attorney of ImmigrationFlorida.com, Mr. Behar has also been Chair of the Broward Alliance, and is on the board of numerous philanthropic organizations.Author of a book in three languages: How to Immigrate to the USA, he has been a resident of Broward County, Florida for over 30 years.
