Jeffrey A Weissman is a partner with the law firm of Gladstone & Weissman, P.A. He is board certified in Marital and Family law and has been practicing exclusively in this field since 1994. Mr. Weissman is a Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and a Supreme Court Certified Guardian Ad Litem. He is a graduate of Albany State University (B.A., magna cum laud, Phi Beta Kappa, 1991) and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D., 1994).

Mr. Weissman is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, where he serves on the Executive Counsel (2003-date) and has served on the Family Law Rules Committee, Family Law Legislation Committee, and the Bench/Bar Liaison Committee.

Mr. Weissman was recently appointed to the 17th Judicial Circuit Greivance Court “A”, a court that enforces the rules regulating the Florida Bar. Mr. Weissman has lectured throughout the state on assorted topics concerning Family Law. He is a regularly featured speaker at the Annual Family Law Seminar hosted by the Broward County Bar Association, and he has appeared as a guest on the television series, “Your Legal Rights.”
