Harris K. Solomon was awarded his Juris Doctor degree with Honors from Florida State University. He is one of approximately two hundred members of The Florida Bar who has been Board Certified as a Specialist in Business Litigation and is a Certified Civil Mediator. Today, Mr. Solomon's practice concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, representation of creditors in Bankruptcy proceedings, probate litigation and government law. Because of Mr. Solomon's extensive trial experience and negotiating skills gained in private, governmental and quasi-governmental practice, he is especially well-suited to represent the Firm's clients in corporate, contract, real property and construction law litigation. He is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Florida, as well as the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Solomon is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar Business Litigation Certification Committee and the Broward County Bar Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, H.O.M.E.S. Inc., and Temple Bat Yam of East Fort Lauderdale.
