William T. Coleman received his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in Business Administration from the University of Miami and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida. Mr. Coleman has been practicing law since 1971, and in 1985 he received his Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of Miami Law School. He is Board Certified as a Specialist in Tax Law and is a member of the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Mr. Coleman's practice concentrates in the areas of taxation and transactional issues for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals. He is also experienced in labor and employment law, pension law, ERISA, estate planning, and estate and trust administration and litigation. Mr. Coleman is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida (including Trial Bar), the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association.
