ROBERT DAVID MALOVE is a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer with over 24 years of experience in federal and state trial and appellate courts. Prior to serving as a Public Defender in cases such as murder and other crimes of violence, drug offenses, economic crimes including mortgage fraud, money laundering and RICO to DUI, he graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Pepperdine University School of Law. Uniquely, Mr. Malove has a Master's Degree in Forensic Science -- obtained decades prior to forensic science becoming such an integral component of the administration of justice from The George Washington University and was conferred a baccalaureate degree in the Administration of Justice from The American University Center for the Administration of Justice. He has served as a commentator on COURT-TV and maintains membership in the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Federal Sentencing Committee, and Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
