Our practice includes mortgage foreclosures, eviction and deficiency matters. This is a substantial portion of our practice and we have developed specialized expertise in the foreclosure of mortgages and any related bankruptcy matter.
We recognize the time value of money related to a lender or investors default portfolio. We also recognize the obligations related to servicing and a servicer’s desire to efficiently service loans. We move all of our cases as quickly as we can in every area. We continually look for ways to expedite litigation without compromising quality. We are committed to utilizing technology to streamline both our Attorney - Client communications and the efficient movement of a case.
We also recognize the value to assist borrowers with home retention and we pursue settlement opportunities whenever possible.
We recognize that there are litigation practices utilized by some opponents that may result in delays in litigating foreclosure cases. We recognize and deal with these cases diligently and we quickly distinguish between legitimate issues and avoid any unnecessary litigation and/or delay.
