An Elder Law Attorney, devoting a significant segment of her practice to Medicaid planning law in Broward County. Also in Palm Beach County and statewide as needed for local or out of state clients.

Ms. Burdick has been practicing law in Broward County since 1980. She received her Bachelors degree (cum Laude) from the University of Florida in 1971 and her JD (Magna cum Laude) from Nova University Law Center in 1980.

Her work experience includes six years as a trial attorney with the Broward County Public Defender's Office followed by three years as a litigation associate in private practice in securities law. Prior to opening her Elder Law practice to provide services in planning for Medicaid nursing home eligibility and other areas, Ms Burdick was a Senior Attorney with the NASD for over ten and one half years.

Pamela first became interested in Seniors' issues when her mother suffered a stroke in 1995. She committed to entering this field in July 1997, began training in this area in early 1998 and opened her practice in January 1999.

Ms. Burdick is a member of The Florida Bar and is active in the Elder Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association (Chairperson 2008-2009, Co-Chair 2009-2010) and AFELA (Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys) Member Board of Directors 2009-2010. She is also a member of the Broward County Women Lawyers Association; NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys); Alzheimer’s Association, Broward County Chapter; and, American Parkinson Disease Association, South Florida.
