ALICE REITER FELD is an attorney in the private practice of law in the City of Tamarac and Delray Beach. She is licensed to practice in both the States of Florida and New York and is 'AV' rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating afforded to attorneys. Her primary areas of practice consist of Elder Law and Disability Planning including estate planning, probate, guardianship, Veteran's Benefits and Medicaid planning and assistance. Ms. Feld is Board Certified by the Florida Bar and the National Elder Law Foundation as an Elder Law Specialist and immediate past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association. Ms. Feld was recently honored with the designation of "Super Lawyer" in the 2007 annual edition of Law & Politics 2007 magazine. She is also a contributing author to the Veteran's Benefits Manual published by Lexis Nexus.

Ms. Feld is a 1980 graduate of St. John's University School of Law in Jamaica, NY and from Brooklyn College with honors with a bachelor's degree in political science. Ms. Feld is a member in good standing of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys where she is a Steering Committee Member of the Trust Special Interest Group and Florida Association of Elder Law Attorneys where she serves as Immediate Past President.

In addition to building a successful practice of law, Alice Reiter Feld is the former Mayor and City Commissioner for the City of Lauderhill where she served for 6 years. She was instrumental in bringing the well-respected and nationally known TRIAD program into the city, which is designed to educate the elderly and senior citizens on issues relating to crime prevention for seniors.

Alice Reiter Feld is a very active member of the community. In addition to the above she is a past president of the Broward County Women Lawyers Association, former Vice President and recent board member the Aging Alliance in Broward County, Florida of the Elder Services Recourse Network, Former Member of Parkinson Disease Board of Directors, and volunteer lecturer throughout Broward County on Estate Planning and Elder Law including Women's Year Project and NW Senior Focal Point and an official member of Florida Bar's Speaker Bureau.

Ms. Feld is an active member of the Elder Law section of the Florida Bar and the Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association. Alice Reiter Feld has also recently been named to the board of directors of the Alzheimer's Family Center in Broward County, Florida.

Ms. Feld has been honored by the Chapel of Four Chaplains with the prestigious Legion of Honor Award and the Veterans of Foreign Wars for her service to the community. She has also published numerous articles and lectured extensively on Elder Law issues including Veteran's Benefits for disabled seniors.
